Book courts through the contact form or by phone. We also provide booking services for tennis trips and training camps, arranging court time and accommodation with our partners.

TENIS DNIPRA, TOV ("Tenis Dnipra", "we") operates sports facilities and a fitness centre, provides sports education, builds courts, sells sports equipment in store, online and at events, rents sports and leisure goods and provides booking services. This policy explains our processing of personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Fitness members and health information
Before training, members complete a short health questionnaire so trainers can adapt exercises safely. This is health data: it is collected with your explicit consent, accessed only by your trainer, and deleted when membership ends. Body measurements and progress tracking are optional.
3. Academy students
Children are enrolled by parents or guardians. We process the child's name, age, level, attendance and tournament results, and parents' contacts. Video analysis recordings are shared only with the player and parents and deleted at the end of the season.
4. Construction clients
We process client details, site address, drawings, contracts and acceptance documents.
5. Shop, online orders and rental
Orders: name, phone, delivery details. Online purchases can be returned within 14 days under consumer protection law. Rentals: identity details, contacts and deposit.
6. Booking services
When we book trips or camps, we pass the travellers' names, dates and, where required, passport details to accommodation and transport partners, only for that booking.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, explicit consent (health questionnaire, video, photos), legal obligations (fiscal, tax, consumer law), legitimate interests (safety on courts and in the gym).
8. Recipients
Tennis federation bodies for tournament entries, booking partners, couriers, payment providers, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Health questionnaires: until membership ends.
- Academy records: enrolment plus 2 years.
- Construction files: warranty period plus 3 years.
- Orders: as required by tax law.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
